People who struggle with acne often tend to use medications and chemical creams in order to get rid of blemishes. However, you should know that even though these products and medications give an immediate and powerful results, they also cause a long list of side-effects.

  1. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera gel is extremely beneficial for your skin because it is a potent source of vitamins which can help you heal your skin and fade scars. Moreover, Aloe Vera is a wonderful moisturizer which will leave your skin looking and feeling softer and healthier.
Remember to use fresh aloe plant. All you have to do is to break off a small piece of one leaf, peel away the outer flesh to expose the gel, and massage gently into your skin.

When it comes to natural moisturizers with healing properties, coconut oil is number one. All you have to do is to scoop about a quarter of a teaspoon of virgin coconut oil into the palm of your hand and let it melt as it comes up to body temperature.
Use your fingertips to massage the oil directly onto scarred skin and let it soak in.
You don’t need to wash the coconut oil because the vitamins and essential fatty acids will continue work and improve skin health as long as you wear it.
  1. Cucumber
You have probably noticed that cucumbers are always used in facial treatments, and there is a good reason for that. They are super hydrating, contain vitamin A, C and magnesium. All these nutrients are great for your skin.
Make sure to always use an organic cucumber if you use it in the treatment for healing acne scaras. Just cut off a few slices and lay them over your scarred skin. After about thirty minutes, discard the cucumber slices and rinse your face with cool water. Repeat daily as desired.

Lemons can be used to fade scars, revitalize skin and promote healing because they are a natural alpha-hydroxy acid. Simply squeeze the juice from one organic lemon into a small bowl.
You can use this treatment undiluted, but on the other hand, if you have super sensitive skin, that you should mix it with water. Use a cotton ball, soak it in the solution and apply it on the affected areas. let it dry completely.

Another alternative is to use thicker slices and apply the juice by massaging them over scars. You should leave the potato juice on your skin at least 15 minutes for best results. In the end, rinse your face. You can do this up to once per day.
